This policy explains how Anergy Academy handles information on our website and in the Shopify apps we make. It applies to all of them.
1. Who we are
Anergy Academy and its Shopify apps are operated by Anergy Limited. Contact: john@anergy.edu.pl.
2. Our website
When you contact us or use our services, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address and message. Our website also uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. We use this information to reply to you, provide our services and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.
3. Our Shopify apps
- Only what the app needs. Each app asks Shopify only for the permissions it needs to work. You can see them on the Shopify install screen before you approve.
- Store data, not customer data, unless an app’s description below says otherwise.
- Access credentials that Shopify gives our apps are stored in encrypted form and are never shown in the browser.
- We do not sell store data or use it for advertising.

4. Uninstalling an app and deleting data
If you no longer wish to use one of our apps, you can uninstall it from your Shopify admin at any time.
After you uninstall, Shopify sends us a request to delete your store’s data, and we delete it as Shopify requires. You can also email us at any time to ask us to delete your store’s data or any personal data we hold. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the store owner.
5. Hosting and service providers
Our website and apps run on hosting and cloud providers that process data only to provide their service to us. Malinois Site Dog runs on Zeabur, on Tencent Cloud servers in Singapore. Data may therefore be processed outside your country.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email john@anergy.edu.pl or use our contact form.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
